The Institution is helmed by a very able, impeccable and motivated CEO, Mrs. Manisha Andhansare who has been instrumental in Xavier’s reaching such dizzying heights of academic success. She is ably supported by her Executive Committee that has been responsible for their respective administrative roles in the various sections of the school.

The executive committee monitors the functioning of the school and ensures imparting of quality education. The committee keeps a strict vigil on the regularity, classroom environment and instructional techniques adopted.

The CEO along with the executive Committee runs and manages the day to day affairs of the Institution very efficiently to enhance the educational experience of students, maintain a positive environment and uphold the institutions values and mission.

The Committee oversees student welfare providing support services like counselling, mentoring and academic assistance to all for the cut throat competitiveness of the outside world.
